Refund Policy

Rent Station operates a strict no-refund policy for rental fees.

1. Rental Payments

  • All rental payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed or the rental period has started.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Early returns

    • No-shows

    • Change of plans or personal reasons

2. Security Deposits

  • Security deposits are refundable after the rented vehicle, scooter, bike, or property is returned and inspected.

  • Deductions may be made for:

    • Damage or loss

    • Missing accessories or equipment

    • Late returns

    • Traffic fines or legal violations

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before the rental start date may be reviewed at Rent Station’s discretion.

  • Refunds for cancellations are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations by Rent Stat1on

  • If Rent Station cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.

  • Rent Station reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time.
