Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rent Station. By accessing our website, contacting us, or renting any vehicle, scooter, bike, or property from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Rental Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age required by law).

  • A valid government-issued ID and/or valid driving license may be required before rental.

  • Rent Station reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

2. Booking & Rental Period

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • The rental period starts and ends on the dates and times agreed upon.

  • Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • Rental fees and any required security deposit must be paid before the rental begins.

  • Rental fees are non-refundable, as stated in our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

  • Security deposits are refundable subject to inspection and policy conditions.

4. Use of Vehicles, Scooters, Bikes & Properties

  • Rented items must be used responsibly, legally, and only for their intended purpose.

  • Subleasing, lending to unauthorized drivers, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

  • The renter is responsible for all fines, penalties, and legal violations during the rental period.

5. Condition, Damage & Liability

  • The renter agrees to return the rented item in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear.

  • The renter is fully responsible for any:

  • Damage

  • Loss

  • Theft

  • Missing accessories or equipment

  • Rent Station is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Insurance

  • Insurance coverage (if provided) is subject to the terms explained at the time of rental.

  • Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Accidents & Responsibility

  • Any accident, damage, or incident must be reported to Rent Station immediately.

  • The renter is responsible for cooperating with authorities and Rent Station in case of an incident.

8. Cancellations & Refund

  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

  • Rental payments are non-refundable.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Rent Stat1on reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
